Pet Nat 2019

Notes:

Its ‘fun and quirky’ this natural sparkling wine.  Created from Riesling grapes with no added preservative, our ‘pet nat’ or as the French call it, ‘Petillant Natural’, completes its fermentation in the bottle creating a natural sparkling spritz.  The colour is lemony, with intense citrus and apple aromas.  On the palate it is lively, dry and citrusy.

Spicy tapas or just as a fun drink with friends. Also terrific as an aperitif.
